Having lost a total of 8 stone myself, I understand the challenge we face when wanting to lose weight, but I also understand that weight is not the only issue: health incorporates both physical and mental wellbeing, and so my programme approaches health as a package. Focusing on nutrition, movement, positivity, self-love and mindfulness, I work with my clients to find a balance that suits them.
